How long does a shoot take?

It depends on how many people we’re filming, how many locations are involved, and how the final videos will be used. A typical shoot might take 1–2 hours per person on-site, and delivery is usually within 7–10 days — but larger projects or multi-video campaigns may take longer. We’ll always agree timelines upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

Can you help us with what to ask or say?

Yes — we’ll guide the conversation and make sure the right messages come through naturally.

Do we need special locations or lighting?

Not at all. We can make use of natural light and real working environments to keep things authentic. And create something a bit more special with studio lighting. In terms of location, we can come to you or use our studio in Andover, Hampshire.

Can you travel accross the UK?

Absolutely. I’ve filmed testimonial content all over the UK—from showrooms to homes to HQs.

Can we use clips across different platforms?

Yes — you’ll receive versions optimised for websites, social, email and more.
